Our next Las Vegas
show will be held at the RIO Hotel in Las Vegas
on April 16th, 17th and 18th, (Monday,
Tuesday & Wednesday) 2007 and then again October
1st - 3rd, 2007. This show is
THE LARGEST lingerie show held in the United States.
SPECIAL OFFER:
Buyers who pre-register and reserve a room at the RIO prior to February
28th, 2007 and send us a copy of their confirmation, will
find a $15.00 per night discount applied to their bill upon
check-in.
Buyers come from all
over the world to see this show. The tone of the show
definitely leans to the sexy and adult, although there are lines
offering daywear, intimate apparel, normal sleepwear and
loungewear. The show also features dancewear, clubwear,
swimwear, sexy shoes, hosiery and associated items. You can also
find adult novelties of EVERY kind and description.
The show opens at
9:AM on Monday and closes at 5:30PM. Tuesday
hours are 10:AM to 6:PM. Wednesday hours
are 9:AM to 3:PM. Be sure to be on hand for our FABULOUS
FASHION SHOW. It will be held on Monday evening as the
tradeshow closes for the day. Refreshments start at 5:30 and the
Fashion Show starts at 6:15PM. Only registered
buyers and vendors may attend. |

Model Blames Families for Anorexia,
Not the Fashion Industry |
Gisele
Bundchen has entered Brazil's growing debate over
anorexia, saying families are to blame not the fashion
industry. "I never suffered this problem because I had a very strong family
base," the supermodel told the local Globo newspaper on Friday.
"The parents are responsible, not fashion."
The 26-year-old model was in Brazil for the annual Fashion Rio, a
weeklong showcase for some of the country's top designers. Anorexia became a issue in Brazil
and splashed across the news Worldwide after the deaths of four young
women last month, including 21-year-old model Ana Carolina Reston.
"The standard for models is to be thin,"
Bundchen said. "But you can't say that all models are
anorexic."
Other countries have begun to address what they see as the
dangerous link between high fashion glamour and an unhealthy image of
women. |
